Family has become the International focus with year 2004 being named The International Year of the Family. On the home front, MCDS has put together many initiatives for families to bond and interact.
This Mid-FLAIR 2004 event has attempted to take family theme into the workplace to explore what businesses can do to play a part in this global initiative.
Topics that was discussed at Mid-FLAIR 2004 event include:
- An update on the states of families in Singapore.
- Making a case for business (management) to be pro-family.
- Introduction to pro-family business initiatives.
Various dialogues and interactions among peers and facilitators took place in this event. It was a good time to network with fellow FLAs from different industries.
